I appreciate your response. The change to our workflow has been a frustrating process. As I'm sure you could tell from my post!

If only OE parts that basically makes it useless as far as selling the work. Hopefully they can integrate the parts catalogs quickly.

It has been very buggy for me the last week or so.

Ok. I got it set up. My problem was I was missing my shop name in "Shop Data". Never had it there since the logo was right next to the address at the top of the invoices. I do have 2 questions after using it for the day.

1. The thing that has me confused is how to get parts pricing into the oneflow ...

Thanks for the update. We had a Honda Civic we couldnt print this morning. Will call tech support today.

We have narrowed it down to a Subaru problem. If the vehicle is a Subaru we can not print the tech worksheet. I can change the vehicle to another vehicle the customer owns and it will print no problem. Here is another error report incase it helps.

OK... sorry for all the post just trying to get it figured out.
Narrowed it down to just that vehicle. If I change vehicle on the customer it will print. I tried deleting the VIN and reenter it . Wont print with or without VIN.

So we got it working sorta. Still can not print one vehicles worksheet. At first we got an error for every ticket but after rebooting both machines we can now print tickets. Except for the first one we tried. Here is the error details if they help.

Updated to 9.3 this morning and now we can not print tech worksheets. Get "Error printing tech worksheet" Tried all the different worksheet options and still get the same error.

I will admit that I too have been looking at alternatives. While I appreciate the update/explanation on why things are taking longer then expected, it doesn't help my business run any smoother. Almost would have rather to have had the updated inspection program sooner and then had to learn it all ...

I was excited to see this thread updated..... only to get a 30-90 days more response. I hope the new product is worth the wait.
