Yes, there are ways to edit BOT Message Manager Templates as well as Mitchell1/Shopkey Message Center templates.

Couple of additional steps we tried:
Set edge as default, along with all the other file types under the edge page
no change
set chrome and related file types as default to chrome
no change
turned off core isolation
no change

Our network adapter for the ethernet to this has all it's default, all ...

So we have also noticed after we installed a new printer Mitchell is changing the default printer back to the old one after a few hours on certain workstations. Definitely some glitches with this new update.


Is that with Windows 10 or Windows 11?


Windows 11. The Manager program crashes ...

With the 9.1 update we added a "Create future appointment" checkbox to the create recommendation window. You can find it to the right of the work needed date. If you uncheck the box it will no longer prompt you to make an appointment.

Getting error message when trying to print invoice. Only on my main pc. Can print work orders though..

I am missing VIN digits on our printed invoices. The last 8 are there, and the first 5. Missing the 4 digits in the middle. Any one else having this issue?

There were some changes to that area with the latest update. You are still able to move multiple highlighted lines at once by releasing the CTRL key and then left clicking one of the highlighted lines and dragging them to the desired location.
