9.0.0.2400 not allowing line items to be moved

When wanting to move a part or labor up or down in an RO or estimate using the mouse and ctrl does not work with 9.0.0.2400.

I'm having problems with the top part of the Activant catalog being blank. It causes some of the buttons to be blank. The old First Call catalog is also the same way. Parts Tech Local Store Inventory

Parts Tech always shows in stock at our local store even if it at the warehouse when ordering parts after the parts have been added to the order. Am I doing something wrong?

2 computers both logged in with different usernames after going since my last post today the one on the server just rearranged everything including putting hidden columns back. I know you already know about this issue and this doesn't help other than it helps me get some frustration out.

We did this. It has worked up till today. I turned the host on this morning and the WIP columns are all rearranged. The hidden columns are back on the screen. Columns are resized.

Do each of the PCs with Manager SE have their own unique User profiles or are they using the same one? Are either of them displaying Default User?

We are a father, son shop. We only have one user setup and never log out of it. I just looked both say the same user. (My name)

Upgrading to Windows 11 shouldn't be a problem for any of the stations, but there have been issues with upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on the host machine. We have seen many successful upgrades to Windows 11 as well as many failures to upgrade.

Upgrading to Windows 11

We have 2 computers running manager. Should we be upgrading to windows 11? Is it going to be an issue if we do? Eventually we will need to upgrade a computer and I assume it'll have Windows 11 on it when we do.

It rearranged everything. The hidden columns were added back to the WIP screen. Font size, colors did not change.
