You likely tried to call in right when many other shops did as well. There are only so many slots in the phone queue.

Received welcome email this morning. Going through the sign up and connection process. My mobile device configuration that needs to be changed to HTTPS does not save this and will default back to HTTP. Hence the MSE Inspection page does not connect. Any help here??

The short answer is no. Fees (HazMat, Shop Supplies) are generated by $ or % calculations, sometimes a flat $ amount if setup that way.
Is one or more Sub-EST tabs fee amount too much?

You could use the Update Customer function on the Customer screen ...

You can print Invoices directly from History and avoid this entirely.

1. Utilities > Customer screen or Vehicle screen access (3 tab view)
2. Select customer or vehicle
3. Go to the History tab
4. Use the Print option in list view OR use Print in the Invoice detail window if you need to see ...
