I had trouble with ProDemand for a few hours yesterday. When I tried calling in to tech support, I first got a message that support was unavailable. The next few times I called, there was simply a busy signal on the phone line. Eventually, ProDemand started working again.

I have had a few vehicles show an error when attempting to find the VIN, but most work correctly. Are you having trouble with every VIN? Did your trouble start recently?

Thanks for the update. For your many customers that aren't on this forum, please have your company's social media people put out some posts to keep them informed. I've already seen 3 posts questioning what's happening and stating that tech support phone calls won't go through!

It's not anything specific right now, I'm simply looking for all possible information for this vehicle to be available just as it is on all others. It seems like whenever this vehicle returns for service I either have to call content support or track it down on my own through other sources.

When choosing the service manual menu, there are only 5 categories available to choose: Quick Lookups, Electrical, Engine Performance, General Info. and Maintenance. Normally there are 15 categories to choose from. Much information about the vehicle is missing.

When attempting to print a wiring diagram, I select the full page and it shows the print preview image on the screen as a Black & White image with a check mark that has to be removed each time if I would like to print in color.
