Do your customers use Samsara telematics? VOYOLink is sponsoring a free pilot to connect Samsara vehicles directly to shops with Manager SE.

• Samsara diagnostic alerts and other vehicle health data post automatically to Manager SE.
• 5 minutes for fleets to connect their vehicles to VOYOLink and link to your shop. No work by the shop is required.
• Support for light, medium and heavy duty vehicles
• There is no cost to the shop or the fleet participating in the pilot.

How can we delete or update an alert after repair was made?

Hi Richie,

During the course of processing, the Alert will automatically be cleared if you create an appointment from it (Convert to Appointment button). Otherwise, you can use the Quick Close button to clear them:
