Changing HAZMAT wording in shop data

I am having some difficulty in changing the wording of HAZMAT on my invoices to Environmental Charges. I have gone into Shop data, Shop/Hazmat and gone through the instructions on the side bar to change the description at the REPORT DESCRIPTION BOX, but even though I change this to read Environmental Charge, it still comes up on the invoices as Hazmat. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I know some of our customers question this and it would always save time at the end of a job, if they could read Environ charge instead. Must be something to do with the Green craze we are in.
