Customer service

Post by nickscarcare »

We have been trying to call for 2 days now, usually sit on hold for 20 minutes or more. We need to update credit card, otherwise the fastest thing they will do is shut off our service. Can they call us?????
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

Apologies, customer support is still backed up.

EDIT: I just saw your account # - I can ask that a call be made out to you to update CC on your account. This has been sent.
