Manager SE 9.2.1 Update Available

The anxiously awaited Manager SE 9.2.1 release is now available! Use this link to download and update your systems. https://kb.mitchell1.com/manager-files/#

This release is mostly about fixing workflow errors that began a few months ago with SE 9.2.0. We recommend updating as soon as possible.

Here are the release notes for this one. It's primarily focused on fixes that were making things difficult for certain workflows:

Revisions
Reusable Comment shortcut added in-line to Comment field
Fixed an issue to prevent Authorization window updating while open
Jobs transferred from orders by use of the quick menu now retain technician hours
Corrected the behavior that could cause the wrong sub-estimate to be removed when deleting

Purchase Orders and Parts Ordering
Associated RO column links to allow direct opening
Customer information now visible in worksheet title bar
Inventory part matches from electronic catalogs now honor the inventory cost setting (avg. vs last)

Reports
New option to print texting history with a customer
Shop logo can now be updated for all workstations from within the application
Program security option added to prevent undesired replacement of shop logo

Fixed
Changing customer or vehicle on an existing order will no longer give an error
Fixed an issue where the work in progress would fail to load
Corrected behavior with search option being reverted in WIP
Order lines now correctly display when multiple technicians are assigned
Errors when editing email templates have been addressed
Previously deleted categories will no longer show in Recommendation selector
Users should no longer be prompted for unintended action during the update process
Failure to apply updates due to insufficient requirements has been clarified for self-service

Payment Processors
360 Payments users will now see a wait indicator when action is expected on the terminal
Signature capture now functions for all capable payment processors regardless of terminal brand or document template
